Artist Alliance

What Is It?
The "Independent Artist Alliance" is a select group of artists we enter into our custom distribution system designed for low commercial strains, all NON-EXCLUSIVE. While still in an early growth phase it acts as a supplementary means of distribution for other independent groups. Opposed to many other independent web-based companies selling any music that is independent, despite originality or quality. Our purpose is to create a collaborative of only the best original music, maintaining diversity among the many styles around. We work to give the artists and groups additional exposure and publicity by marketing them with Squank Entertatainment produced music as a whole. Still being small, it is a goal to help get the music to the ears of the listeners they may not have heard it otherwise while we build toward larger goals and gain exposure. |

How Does It Work?
It does not cost anything for the artist or band. It can be any style. Currently we are only taking artists that have pre-manufactured CDs. First, a copy of the CD is submitted for approval into the IAA. The submission CD is not returnable. However, it is perfectly safe so no need to worry. If accepted, you will be contacted to retrieve information for royalty payments, and a NON-EXECLUSIVE license agreement will be sent out. You then send 5 CDs to hold in inventory with the signed license agreement. The inventory CDs can be returned if the license is ever dissolved. Why a license? We are trying to pave a new way to manufacture and distribute music. Working with patent-pending system technology, exploring the world of private investment (SEE- Plans for the Future). With this license, if the company secures needed investment you will automatically be in the front of the line to be abord the large-scale growth and exposure that will follow. Hoping to once again make music about the creativity. We market and promote these select independent groups and artists as a whole free from bias through the IAA. While also moving toward many other dirctions of music and entertainment. We are here to keep things fair for everyone. The license involved is simple. |

What Does The Future
Hold?
While many want to quickly categorize this company as another one of those independent record stores on the web or small label. It is only a starting place for this company. With future growth we will take on exclusive artists and bands doing more individual promoting, tours, etc. The Independent Artist Alliance will be able to grow to numbers many times bigger than before, helping thousands of artists and bands. Even profit sharing available to employees will be extended to the members of the alliance under active license. Expansion into areas of independent video and multi-media will follow in the years to come. Plans are now being formulated for our own custom production plant capable of making over 3 million discs a year. This is all to follow as we push forward with this large investment venture. |

How Do I Join?
The way to get accepted into the Alliance is to submit your music to us. If the music is creative, performed well, and of decent enough for what is trying to be done, then you will be accepted. Remember it cost nothing, and is completely non-exclusive. ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE SAFE; no rights are given up by submitting. |
